PRE AP 9th GRADE ENGLISHThis page is full of information for my content area. It starts with the rules and requirements for the class and a supply section listing what you need to be successful in my class. Are you "tech friendly" and keep your cell phone or iPad handy? If so, I have a Twitter that I use for academic purposes only and you and your child are invited to follow me @russro for important classroom information. I do not follow students back so please don't be offended if I don't add you...I hear enough teenager stuff in the classroom so I don't want to see it on the Internet too. :( I'm also updating my website everyday so check back often for updates! If you have something you would like for me to include, please send me an e-mail and I will try to update it for you.
Do you need a free and private place online to store all your stuff? DROPBOX is your answer. It's free and private and can be accessed from computers and your smart phone, via the Dropbox application for iPhone/iPad and Android. To start your own Dropbox, click here and begin today! Classroom Pics
I know that it's not always convenient for parents to come to school so I wanted to show you what my classroom looks like. It changes all the time but today, it looks like this.
Student Council Talent Show 5-14-15
The kids performed and were awesome. Me and five of my teacher peeps decided to surprise them with a special addition to the talent show so we each picked a student and made a bobble head. Mr. W decided to be Mr. Sheppard, our principal. We had fun and the kids loved it, so don't laugh at our dancing moves. We start the routine at the 3:43 mark. |
